Website and business exploration:

Our first step is to get an understanding of your website, business, goals, competitors,  and current SEO state of your industry.  The more information we gather and overcover during this process, the easier it will be to plan a successful SEO strategy for the website to gain top ranking.  The best course of action is thorough planning in the initial stage which will give us the proper plan of action.

Keyword research:

Our next step is to take everything we discovered in the website exploration and implement our research into a keyword strategy that is focused specifically to your clients or customers and their online search habits.

This stage takes into consideration many different aspects:

  • Your planned content
  • Your competitors’ focused keywords
  • Google search trends in your industry
  • Current search terms coming in for your website from google analytics
  • Google webmaster search console
  • Google autocomplete search trends

All of this keyword research will result in a list of keywords that will be turned into an actionable plan for the content mapping section and future website content marketing strategy.

Content Mapping:

This part of the process is one of the most important parts of optimizing your website for search engines.  This is where we take the keyword strategy we built and assign specific keywords to pages on the website and pieces of content that will be written in the future.  If you already have a website, we can do an overview of the content already created on the website and re-focus the content to fit specific keywords and give new life to your content that has already been created.

On-page optimization:

Once we have completed all of the content mapping, we will move into the optimization of each page.  This is where we focus each page of content that was planned in the content mapping section and put it into action.  This process includes optimizing the meta descriptions, meta titles, main page content, updating old content, optimizing page URLs.  This way each page and piece of content is focused to a specific keyword that will bring in traffic and rank on search engines.
